Barwell Business Park is located 16 miles south-west of Central London, on the Leatherhead Road (A243). The Park is 2.8 miles from J9 M25 providing good access to the A3 and West London, as well as the national motorway network.

Chessington South Railway Station is just a five minute walk away and offers direct trains to London Waterloo with a journey time of only 38 minutes.

Regular bus services operate along the Leatherhead Road (A243) between Chessington and Kingston Upon Thames.
